Dr. Jonathan Dzingle
Transforming Your Smile as Easy as One, Two, Three
​The first step to transforming your smile is a thoughtful conversation so we can learn more about you or your child and discover exactly what you are hoping to achieve. You can call, text, email, or request an appointment directly from our website. One of our new patient coordinators will reach out to you to gather some information about you and schedule an initial consultation. You can complete your patient registration and health history forms directly on our website prior your appointment. In some cases, your dentist may have provided our practice with a referral to help initiate the conversation, but this is NOT a requirement to schedule your appointment.

​The CONSULTATION IS YOUR FIRST OPPORTUNITY TO MEET OUR TEAM! During this appointment, we will review your health history and gather some diagnostic information. Dr. Dzingle will conduct a thorough orthodontic examination and present any treatment recommendations based upon these findings. Our goal is to provide an opportunity and space to answer any and all of your questions. We firmly believe this information is important so you can make an informed treatment decision for yourself or your child. We do not charge for an initial consultation. Following your examination, Dr. Dzingle will write a report back to your dentist summarizing the major findings from your consultation appointment.
If treatment is recommended, our treatment coordinator will walk you through the next steps in the process, any associated costs, and our payment options. We strive to make orthodontic treatment affordable for all families and offer 0% in-house financing, sibling discounts, and access to flexible third-party payment plans through Care Credit. If you have insurance with an orthodontic benefit, we will help assist in filing your claim and maximizing your reimbursement according to the details of your plan. We encourage and recommend maintaining regular dental checkups and cleanings during your orthodontic treatment.

Once you feel comfortable with the proposed treatment plan and payment arrangement, our staff will help schedule the start of your journey to a new smile in our office! This is always an exciting day for us because we have the opportunity to officially welcome you to our practice family and show you all of the things we do best. Whether your journey involves braces, clear aligners, or another orthodontic appliance, our staff will help to make you feel comfortable and confident with the process.
